Irma DeAnda Ulibarri, 77, of Livingston, was born on December 28, 1948, in Orange Grove, Texas, to the late Candido DeAnda and Victoria (Ramon) DeAnda, and died Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Lufkin.
Mrs. Ulibarri was a talented lady who loved to sew and knit beautifully crafted items.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur Ulibarri of Livingston; son and daughter-in-law, Basilio Jr. and Melissa Ancira of Diboll; son and daughter-in-law, Samuel and Mary Ancira of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Sonny Tamez of Diboll; son, Robert Ancira of Florida; son and daughter-in-law, Isaac and Aracely Ancira of Lufkin; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters; brothers; nieces; and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; sister; ex-husband, Basilio Ancira; granddaughter, Speranza Ancira; and great-grandson, Cameron Sanders.
A visitation will be held on March 5, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin, Texas.
